Elstree UTC College, Borehamwood

SPF secured the perimeter of a film college in Borehamwood with new weldmesh fencing and a carriage driveway with automated gates. The existing perimeter fence was a low level old style chain link that had seen better days. Our new 2.4m single bar mesh fence was the perfect replacement for this low security 6th form college. Prior to the installation there was very little recreational area for the students, the new MUGA with goal surrounds and a basketball net, meant the student could play football and basketball in a safe and secure environment. The intercom on the double leaf entry gate has a handset in the office for entry whist the carriage driveway ensured a flow of traffic through the exit gate via its free exit loops under the new tarmac.   Student entry is through a single leaf pedestrian gate via either another intercom of fob entry. The gates are secure vis magnetic locks and kept close via Locinox samson self closer.
