Prima 358 Mesh

Prima 358 Prison Mesh is a high security weldmesh fence often referred to as the invisible fence as it has good visibility coupled with a high steel security application. Conforms to BS 1722-14.
Options for LPS1175 SR2 & SR3 are available on request.

Standard specification:

  • Height: 2135, 2440 and 3000mm. All other heights available on request.
  • Posts: Set at 2440mm nominal centres. 2440mm – 80 x 40 RHS or 60 x60 SHS
  • Wire: 4mm diameter with a mesh size of 76.2 x 12.7mm.
  • Fixings: Galvanised bolt, permacone security nut & full length clamp bar/post clamp & threaded inset with security nut.
  • Finish: Posts & clamp bar. Hot Dip Galvanised to BS EN 1461 or Galvanised & Polyester Powder Coated.
  • Panels: Galvfan or Galvanised and Polyester Powder Coated.

About Prima 358 Weld Mesh

Prima 358 Prison Mesh is a high security weldmesh fence often referred to as the invisible fence as it has good visibility coupled with high steel security application.

The closely welded apertures render the fence secure, and remove chances for would be criminals to scale the fence, or get a footing a foot hold onto the metal wire rendering our Prima 358 Weld Mesh Fencing is a great way to secure a perimeter area.

Weldmesh fencing is popular for schools, yards and industrial locations given the high security anti-climb design. Welded mesh is often referred to as the ‘invisible fence’ due to the thin mesh means maintaining visibility through metal bars – letting light in, and keeping intruders out.

The welded bars are supplied as standard 4mm thick, at 76.2mm horizontal vertical spacing, and vertical wires are 12.7mm which for greater visibility without comprise to security. The metal fence panels come in various sizes, from 1.2m high upto 5m high. Prima Weld Mesh fence standard heights are 2135mm, 2440mm and 3000mm.
