The SPF9500 Bi-Folding Trackless Speed Gates open more than twice the speed of a traditional swinging gate of the same size which ensures a fast movement of traffic whilst maintaining security of the site.

Designed for a variety of settings including commercial, medium to high security and utilities.

The gates are manufactured using an RHS steel frame and infilled to match associated fencing or with a contrasting infill and with a choice of security topping if required. Gate posts are galvanised and gates and housing in a dual compound epoxy low bake finish to any RAL colour.

Internally housed motors and access control equipment all installed prior to site delivery helps to cut costs and increase performance. The SPF9500 utilises a PLC controlled, inverter driven single-phase power, supplying a 3 phase motor, worm and wheel gearbox with a direct-drive shaft connected to the gate leaf, which ensures a smooth and positive movement with a100% duty cycle i.e. continuous operation.

All automated gates comply with BS/EN 12453. We fit as standard a number of safety devices, including dead man’s key switch, emergency stop button, 6 number live monitored safety edges, flashing warning light and duel height photocells.
